As a team, we have been working with LK Bennett since the turn of the millennium — an achievement that we’re very proud of. It’s a relationship that has been consistent but which has evolved over the years, through several iterations of the retail concept.

In that time, we have designed concepts and worked with some produced by others; we have been responsible for delivering stores all over the world; and developed solutions for stand-alone stores in different markets and in different formats — from high-street locations, to malls, airports, and concessions. We have also brought a commercial aspect to developing fixtures and concept features to make them more cost-effective, while still retaining their impact and functionality.


We like long-term relationships because the better we understand our clients’ market, target customer, brand philosophy, aspirations and commercial requirements, the more effectively we can design. In this respect, we believe that design can be a truly effective business tool: adding value to our client’s business by providing an appealing, engaging and rewarding shopping experience.




And this can be said, too, of our relationships with other brands, such as Phase Eight, where like-for-like trading figures for refurbished stores are showing substantial increases in sales. After all, that is what we are here to deliver.
