At the heart of the space is the B lab, full of bright minds with the focus of their work to take the challenges which customers face, then developing and delivering valuable new solutions. Customers will also be able to learn about that work, feedback and input within a lab showcase area within the space. We have developed every aspect of the customer experience, from creating rewarding customer journeys, to using a truly omnichannel approach incorporating digital tech, and using unexpected materials to bring an industrious, tangible engagement that can challenge the way the industry and customers think about retail customer finance.
