Our team structure is based upon delivering effective design services within a framework agreement. Each team is headed up by a Framework Director who receives a high-level of support from senior designers, with individual project responsibilities. We then have a broad resource of designers, architects, CAD technicians, visualisers and admin support to ensure the effective delivery of each project. We have already done this with The RBS Group on strategy projects as well as the longer-term Points Of Presence framework agreement.
Our methodology is to ensure continuity of input, so that the design and the delivery become one seamless process. To achieve this, we schedule the phasing of project work into milestone stages, allowing sign-off to be achieved and tracked at the culmination of each stage. Before we contribute to a particular project, we pride ourselves on offering continual innovation and a working knowledge of sector and technological developments, keeping solutions current, and even futureproofing, while contributing to the delivery process.

Having been appointed as Delivery Architects for the Royal Bank of Scotland, in 2015 alone we completed no fewer than 85 projects over a number of formats. In early 2015, we were appointed as Delivery Architects for McDonalds and are currently working across the UK on over 50 innovative projects.
